One of the major toxic substances in the body is Acid forming foods.
Acid -forming foods cause inflammation, congestion, obstruction. Such foods induce an anionic reaction in the body. This reaction causes nutrients, blood cells, and other metabolic particles to start sticking together, and encourages the formation of lipids and oxalate stones of all types.
This results in the inability of nutrients to enter the body’s cells. Thus, cellular starvation occurs.
Acidosis is inflammation and is very destructive to cells. The body will use steroids, electrolysis, water, lipids and other things to fight the problem. This process will cause dehydration intracellularly and extracellularly.
The following are just a few conditions with inflammation as their underlying cause.
· Low or High Cholesterol
· Swollen ankles/feet
· Anxiety
· Blotting
· Fatty liver
· Blood Pressure

Food choices are very important to the detoxification of the body and overall good health. Some foods fill you full of mucus, congestion and inflammation, which leads to hypoactivity and failure of cells, glands, and organs. Alkaline forming foods are great detoxifiers within the body. The more alkaline-forming foods you consume the greater and deeper the detoxification and cell regeneration you will experience . On the other hand, Acid-forming foods are inflammatory , mucus-forming ,and extremely damaging to the body. Acid can become free radicals causing tissue failure and/or damage.
The correct kind of Acidic foods; however, are necessary in small amounts.
